For many the Nike Air Jordan XI is their favorite sneaker of all time, however Nike rarely seems to retro this popular shoe. Well Nike has a bunch Air Jordan 11 Lows ready to release this year, although not on the level of the mids, they are still pleasing. The Japanese shop Essence is changing up the look of their shop, and to celebrate the change, they have collaborated with a few talented artists to create some heat.? They recruited sneaker customizers Sabotage and Methamphibian to customize two pairs of Nike Air Force 1s, one the Dethpact and the other Popkiller, each limited at twelve a piece.? Also they got jewelry artist Gabriel Urist to create a item for them, however the details for the project are sparse, but it is believed the product with have a playing card theme.? The ?Aqua? 8?s seems to be the most talked about Air Jordan since the release of the retro ?Fire Red? 3?s. Nice Kicks provides us with an OG vs Retro comparison, so?everyone can see the changes.?Jordan Brand made a?few minor changes, but overall the ?Aqua? 8?s will return extremely close to their original make up. The most?obvious?difference is the?color on the back. Also, the insoles on the?originals came with a multi colored pattern,?and the retro?s will feature the Jumpan logo. Earlier this week we reported on the Stan Smith?s which are also part of the ?DJ Pack? from Adidas. As we all should know Adidas was the first sneaker brand to link up with the Hip Hop culture.
