For those of you who are interested on building your kids shoe collection early, this pair of Air Jordan 5s were created just for kids.

The shoes feature a design similar to that of the upcoming black / metallic silver retro, but instead feature infrared-like accents which Jordan Brand has decided to label “alarming red”. These lively contrasts are visible on the inner lining, logos, and side. Highlighting the design is the use of a translucent sole.

Air Jordan 3 Retro – GS True Blue

With the recent success of the “Cement Grey” and Black History Month pack released earlier this year, these Jordans will surely get the same effect if not bigger.

To further cement that statement, it has been reported that the True Blue release set for next month will be available in GS sizes. Great for those with smaller feet. The model looks identical to the normal version of the sneaker we have seen in the past with the tumbled leather upper, cement print, and true blue accents.

The release is set for June 4, 2011.

Air Jordan Fly Wade – “South Beach”

Miami is definitely making some noise in the NBA playoffs but one of the dynamic trio that’s making more moves off the court is Dwyane Wade.

Since Wade has his own sneaker with Jordan its only right that he employ the same color scheme at some point. The resulting Jordan Fly Wade “South Beach” is a different sneaker when it comes to color blocking. The sneaker features a mainly black leather upper that uses filament green for its sole and pink flash as an accent. These are set to release sometime this month.

Air Jordan 7 Retro – “Year of the Rabbit” – Release Reminder

Just a couple more days and finally the highly anticipated Air Jordan 7 Retro “Year of the Rabbit” will be making its debut.

Expected to drop this weekend as Jordan Brand has just made it official. The model features white leather overlays on top of a perforated light grey upper. True red decks out the insole, as well as the tongue and the outsole. Finally, touches of gold lay claim to the branding, as well as the laces and the heel pull.

May 7, 2011 is the day as it will be delivered to SELECT retailers only, retailing for $160 USD.

Air Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey” – Detailed Images

Just two more weeks and the Wolf Grey Air Jordan 5 Retro will finally hit retailers.

Seen here in beautiful detail is a closer look at the upcoming Air Jordan 5. The grey nubuck upper contrasted against the white stitching give the model a very unique look that has caught the attention of Air Jordan collectors everywhere. Inside we get a white liner, and below we get an icy blue outsole. To finish it off 3M is applied on the tongue of the shoes.

The official release is set for May 14, 2011.

Michael Jordan’s Game Worn Air Jordan 1 – Up For Auction

Personal collectors beware, here is something that you would surely be interested on. The Air Jordan 1 worn by Michael in his second season is currently in auction on eBay. So far, you are going to have to pay at least $25,000. The model dons the original colorway, but is outfitted with a strap through the ankle for additional support. The modification was made by Nike for Jordan after he injured his foot in his second season in the league. Due to the extra padding to support his injured foot, the shoe comes in a size 13 and 13.5.

Air Jordan 5 – Quai 54

If you aren’t aware, the Quai 54 is a newly formed league of street ball teams.

This year they caught the attention of the Jordan Brand, who previously provided a pair to Chris Paul. With that said, Jordan used the Air Jordan V for the Quai 54, done in radiant green, white, black and cement. Instead of the V stitched into the heel, the Quai 54 logo is seen in it’s place. These will be available in France within the next month.

Presented here is a detailed look at one of Jordan Brands highly anticipated releases. The Air Jordan 5 Retro.

In these images the white patent leather upper is on full display and you can really distinguish how it encompasses the model. Midnight navy adds on to the bottom part of the shoe, simply giving it a contrasting mix while the fire-like varsity red finishes off the entire look and makes it more appealing. Expect these to drop on July but stay tuned for the date!
