Derek Jeter, the short stop for the New York Yankees, is known for being a clutch player, so it is easy to figure out why his new pair of shoes are appropriately named these The Jeter Clutch. They feature a similar design to his previous models, but these feature a large Jumpman logo on the side, as well as a quality leather construction. The upper also features some synthetic leather, along with an interesting asymmetric toe cap to protect athletes against toe drag. The phylon midsole features a Nike air unit i nthe heel, and the outsole provides a modified version of the herringbone pattern, which provides great traction. Earlier sketches of the Air Jordan 6IX (Six) Rings had showed a simply ugly shoe, but as more pictures surface and we actually some color on them, they seem to be growing on us a bit. So far, only two colorways have been reported to be releasing, a Bred and Concord XI inspired models.
