So far this year, Converse has introduced some interesting models and colorways into its line-up, and continue to do so. Here we feature two samples which are set to release sometime this Fall. They include the Converse All Star Low, and the Converse re-issue quick Start, which both feature a purple and blue colorway on a leather upper, as well as a simple white sole. Converse has decided to collaborate with Japanese Brand Sonic Lab to produce this pair of Converse Rogger (Chuck Taylor).The design closely resemble hiking boots, as they still look like Chuck Taylors, but they feature metal lace loops, round boot laces and even an extra patch of fringed suede to protect the toebox.Two versions are available one a low top (OX) and the other, a high top. Back when rumors of the Air Jordan 1 (I) Old Love / New Love - Beginning Moments Package (BMP) began surfacing, there was another plan which was thought of, but put on the back burner as these two other packages were released. The Defining Moments Converse Pro Leather Jordan Edition was created to define Michael as the greatest. He wore these during his times in the NCAA with the University of North Carlina (UNC) Tarheels. They feature a white Leather upper and gold accents with a University Blue 23 and Last Second Shot-Man at the heel. These are extremely rare and are most likely never to hit retail store!

Here we feature a collaboration with Converse, Product [RED], and rap artist Lupe Fiasco on a Chuck Taylor Hi model. They feature an all black patent leather design along with red accents. The sole features a white colorway, which contrasts from the black upper, drawing in even more attention to the shoe. There is no word on release yet, but stay posted. Via Complex.

We have seen zippers on shoes earlier this year when Christian Louboutin had first released a zipper sandal in February. It seems as if a new trend is starting, and Converse seems to be at the head of this new trend. They have just released a Chuck Taylor model which features a solid gold colorway, with a zipper at the heel. They are currently available in Hong Kong, but no word on a release date in the states.SN.

These Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High - Denim were just released in China, and feature a nice design. The upper is constructed completely from denim, and they also feature denim details, as well as gold colored contrast stitchin, brass lacing eyelets, as well as a brass colored, embroidered, All Star logo patch. Converse is definitely dropping hot new styles as of late, especially since this year marks their 100th year anniversary. Here we feature the One Star Low and the Chuck Taylor High which are inspired by Curt Cobain, with each shoe in the Converse Kurt Cobain Pack being based off of Cobain’s 2002 Book Journals,which can be seen on the white Chuck Taylor High.
