Nike Zoom Lebron 5 (V) - Black/ Varsity Crimson (Birthday)
As it does every year, Nike will be releasing a Lebron James sneaker on December 30th to commemorate the superstar’s birthday. This year, they will release a limited edition Nike Zoom Lebron 5 - Black/ Varsity Crimson (Birthday) that features a black base with dark red (crimson) and gold accents. They come in a special box that features detailed pictures of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ superstar. Be sure to watch out for these as they drop!

the birthdays are going to be the white/green SVSM colorway.
I think ya’ll are mistaken… I just picked these up today 12/14/07 at a mall retailer. From what I’ve found the Birthdays will come in a sick SVSM colorway this year! If you search a little you can find pix on the web.
Now, this is by far the best Lebron for court AND street since the Zoom Generation. Nike has clearly pumped elite quality, technology, and material into this model much like the Jordan issues. It best reminds me of the black AJ XVII… high class! It’s really a high-top but the fit is amazing (may be tight ifyou have a wider foot). FINALLY… the Zoom Lebron has gotten away from the clunky combat boot mold it’s been stuck in!
